大阪公演、東京公演ともにすでにご購入頂いた旧日程のチケットは新規日程公演で有効となります。
来年の公演日程まで大切に保管をしていただけますようお願い致します。
新規日程にご都合がつかないお客様にはお買い求めいただいたプレイガイドにて払い戻しを受付しています。

Due to COVID-19 spread around the world, LOUIS TOMLINSON World Tour 2020 has been postponed.
His Japan dates in April through May have been rescheduled to June　2021.
For the new June 2021 dates for both Osaka and Tokyo, your April/May 2020 tickets will be honored at rescheduled dates.
When you cannot make it to the new 2021 date, please proceed to get your refund during the period stated in our Louis’ tour page.

現在、振替公演の日程を調整しておりますが、新型コロナウイルス感染症の国内外の状況により、アーティスト及び会場の日程調整に時間を要しております。
新規日程の発表までもうしばらくお時間を頂く見込みですので、ご希望のお客様にはチケットの払い戻しを致します。
また、新規日程発表の際にもご都合がつかないお客様には改めて払い戻し期間を設けさせていただきます。

チケットをご購入頂きましたお客様にはご迷惑をお掛けして申し訳ございませんが、何卒ご了承くださいませ。

Announcement regarding ticket refund procedure
We are announcing ticket refund procedure for LOUIS TOMLINSON April&May 2020.
Although we are continuously discussing about rescheduling the tour with the artist, it's been taking time considering the artist's situations in the midst of COVID-19.

We would love to have the ticket holders to hold on to their tickets until the rescheduled dates to be announced, however it is understandable that some of the customers would prefer to go ahead and proceed with the refund.

Please note that we will have refund window again once the rescheduled dates are announced for those who could not make it to the new dates.

公演延期のお知らせ - POSTPONEMENT

4/30(木)東京、5/1(金)大阪での開催を予定していましたルイ・トムリンソン来日公演は、新型コロナウィルス感染症による国内外での感染拡大を考慮し、やむを得ず公演を延期とさせて頂きます。現在、振替公演の日程の調整を進めています。
すでにご購入いただいたチケットは振替公演でも有効となる予定ですが、払い戻しをご希望のお客様には、振替日程発表の際に払い戻し詳細を合わせてご案内をさせて頂きます。
チケットをご購入いただいたお客様、関係各社にはご迷惑をお掛け致します事を心よりお詫び申し上げます。

We regret to announce that Louis Tomlinson Japan Tour, which had been scheduled for April 30th in Tokyo and May 1st in Osaka, have been postponed due to the ongoing threat of the Coronavirus in worldwide.
Currently, we are working on rescheduling the dates. Purchased tickets for the original dates will be valid for the rescheduled dates. However, for those customers who wish to receive a refund, we will announce the details of the refund process shortly.

We deeply apologize to all parties concerned especially those customers who bought tickets and have been looking forward to the artist’s shows.
