A-HA 振替公演のお知らせ(2020/07/21)

新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により延期となっておりました、アーハ来日公演の振替日程が決定致しました。
お手持ちの公演チケットは指定の振替日程にのみ有効となりますので、大切に保管していただきますようお願い致します。
振替日程にご都合のつかないお客様には払い戻し対応をさせて頂きます。
払い戻しはお買い求めのプレイガイドにて 8月31日（月）までの期間となります。
この期間以外の別途受付はございませんのでご注意ください。必ず期間内にお手続きをして頂きますようお願い申し上げます。

名古屋公演につきましては、会場変更に伴い、チケットは一旦全て払い戻しとさせていただき、新規公演として改めてチケットを販売致します。

We're announcing here the new dates of A-HA Japan tour which has been postponed due to the COVID-19.
The tickets you purchased for the postponed shows will still be valid for the correspondent new dates, so those who wish to come to the show, please keep the tickets in your hands 'til then.
For those who cannot make it to the show announced in below, we'll take refund request by Aug 31 (Mon), so please check the link below for details of the refund procedure.

Please do kindly note that we cannot accept any refund request after the deadline set above.
In regards to the show in Nagoya, since the venue has been changed, please be aware that all tickets are to be refunded and new tickets will be put on sale (the on-sale date will be October 31).

現在、振替公演の日程を調整しておりますが、新型コロナウイルス感染症の国内外の状況により、アーティスト及び会場の日程調整に時間を要しております。
新規日程の発表までもうしばらくお時間を頂く見込みですので、ご希望のお客様にはチケットの払い戻しを致します。
また、新規日程発表の際にもご都合がつかないお客様には改めて払い戻し期間を設けさせていただきます。

チケットをご購入頂きましたお客様にはご迷惑をお掛けして申し訳ございませんが、何卒ご了承くださいませ。

Announcement regarding ticket refund procedure
We are announcing ticket refund procedure for A-HA March 2020.
Although we are continuously discussing about rescheduling the tour with the artist, it's been taking time considering the artist's situations in the midst of COVID-19.

We would love to have the ticket holders to hold on to their tickets until the rescheduled dates to be announced, however it is understandable that some of the customers would prefer to go ahead and proceed with the refund.

Please note that we will have refund window again once the rescheduled dates are announced for those who could not make it to the new dates.

A-HA来日公演延期のお知らせ(2020/03/08)

3/10（火）より予定しておりましたA-HAジャパン・ツアーは、アーティスト側との協議の結果、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大の状況を考慮し、公演を延期とさせて頂く事になりました。直前のお知らせとなってしまい大変申し訳ございません。
現在、振替公演の日程を調整しております。お手持ちのチケットは振替公演に有効となりますので、そのまま保管していただきます様、お願い申し上げます。
また、振替公演に都合がつかないお客様には、払い戻しの対応をさせていただきます。払い戻しの詳細は振替日程の発表の際にあわせてご案内致しますので今しばらくお待ちください。

Announcement of A-HA Japan Tour Cancellation
We regret to announce that the A-HA Japan Tour, which had been scheduled for March 10 to March 17, has been cancelled following discussions with the artist’s management due to the ongoing threat of the Coronavirus.

Currently, we are working on rescheduling the dates. Purchased tickets for the original dates will be valid for the rescheduled dates. For those customers who wish to receive a refund, we will announce details of the refund process once we announce the rescheduled dates.
We deeply apologize to all parties concerned especially those customers who bought tickets and have been looking forward to the artist’s shows.
