ニュー・オーダー振替公演のお知らせ(2020.10.20)

新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により延期となっておりました、ニュー・オーダー来日公演の振替日程が決定致しました。振替日程発表まで長期間にわたりお待たせしまして大変申し訳ございませんでした。
お客様のご理解とご協力に感謝申し上げます。

お手持ちの公演チケットは指定の振替日程にのみ有効となりますので、大切に保管していただきますようお願い致します。振替日程にご都合のつかないお客様には払い戻し対応をさせて頂きます。
払い戻しはお買い求めのプレイガイドにて2021年1月31日(日)までの期間となります。
この期間以外の別途受付はございませんので、必ず期間内にお手続きをして頂きますようお願い申し上げます。

払い戻し方法の詳細につきましては、クリエイティブマンのホームページをご確認ください。
また、チケットの再発売日につきましては、改めてお知らせ致します。

大阪 2020年3月6日(金) ZEPP OSAKA BAYSIDE → 2022年1月24日(月) ZEPP OSAKA BAYSIDE

Announcement of postponement of the NEW ORDER Japan Tour

We are here to announce NEW ORDER rescheduled dates to replace the shows in 2020, postponed due
to the COVID-19. Your tickets for the 2020 date will be honored at rescheduled 2022 date, so please
ensure you do not lose your tickets. For those ticket holders who are unable to attend the rescheduled
date, ticket refund will be available from each ticket agency until Jan 31st (Sun).
Please kindly note that no late refund submission will be accepted. Visit Creativeman Productions home

Date that tickets go on sale will be soon announced. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and
thank you for your understanding.

現在、振替公演の日程を調整しておりますが、新型コロナウイルス感染症の国内外の状況により、アーティスト及び会場の日程調整に時間を要しております。
新規日程の発表までもうしばらくお時間を頂く見込みですので、ご希望のお客様にはチケットの払い戻しを致します。
また、新規日程発表の際にもご都合がつかないお客様には改めて払い戻し期間を設けさせていただきます。

チケットをご購入頂きましたお客様にはご迷惑をお掛けして申し訳ございませんが、何卒ご了承くださいませ。

Announcement regarding ticket refund procedure
We are announcing ticket refund procedure for NEW ORDER March 2020.
Although we are continuously discussing about rescheduling the tour with the artist, it's been taking time considering the artist's situations in the midst of COVID-19.

We would love to have the ticket holders to hold on to their tickets until the rescheduled dates to be announced, however it is understandable that some of the customers would prefer to go ahead and proceed with the refund.

Please note that we will have refund window again once the rescheduled dates are announced for those who could not make it to the new dates.

3/3(火)新木場スタジオコーストより予定しておりましたニュー・オーダー ジャパン・ツアーは、 アーティスト側との協議の結果、やむを得ず公演を延期とさせて頂きます。

現在、振替公演の日程を調整しております。お手持ちのチケットは振替公演に有効となりますので、そのまま保管していただきます様、お願い申し上げます。
また、振替公演に都合がつかないお客様には、払い戻しの対応をさせていただきます。払い戻しの詳細は振替日程の発表の際にあわせてご案内致しますので今しばらくお待ちください。
