PIXIES 来日公演中止のお知らせ

新型コロナウィルス感染症による国内外での感染拡大により延期となっておりましたピクシーズの来日公演は、2021年での振替公演を調整していましたが、現時点でスケジュールの調整がついていないため、公演を一旦中止としてチケットをお持ちのお客様には全て払い戻し対応をさせていただきます。
払い戻しはお買い求めのプレイガイドにて8月31日（月）までの期間となります。

この期間以外の別途受付はございませんのでご注意ください。必ず期間内にお手続きをして頂きますようお願い申し上げます。

新規公演日程につきましては決定次第、改めて発表させていただきます。

We regret to announce that Pixies Japan tour which has been postponed due to the COVID-19 is to be cancelled.
We were working very hard to schedule new dates, but it's been quite difficult, so instead of keeping all customers wait any longer, we decide to cancel the tour once and start the refund process.
The refund period is 'til Aug 31st (Mon) and for details of the refund procedure, please check here

Please do kindly note that we cannot accept any refund request after the deadline set above.
We sincerely apologize that it took a while for us to set the new dates and we're deeply grateful for your patience 'til now.
We'll keep trying to set new dates of this tour and as soon as it's confirmed, we will make the announcement here on our website.

現在、振替公演の日程を調整しておりますが、新型コロナウイルス感染症の国内外の状況により、アーティスト及び会場の日程調整に時間を要しております。
新規日程の発表までもうしばらくお時間を頂く見込みですので、ご希望のお客様にはチケットの払い戻しを致します。
また、新規日程発表の際にもご都合がつかないお客様には改めて払い戻し期間を設けさせていただきます。

Announcement regarding ticket refund procedure
We are announcing ticket refund procedure for PIXIES April 2020.
Although we are continuously discussing about rescheduling the tour with the artist, it's been taking time considering the artist's situations in the midst of COVID-19.

We would love to have the ticket holders to hold on to their tickets until the rescheduled dates to be announced, however it is understandable that some of the customers would prefer to go ahead and proceed with the refund.

Please note that we will have refund window again once the rescheduled dates are announced for those who could not make it to the new dates.

来日公演延期のお知らせ

2月24日より予定しておりましたピクシーズ・ジャパン・ツアーはアーティストの都合により、やむを得ず公演を延期とさせて頂きます。
現在、振替公演の日程を調整しております。お手持ちのチケットは振替公演に有効となりますので、そのまま保管していただきます様、お願い申し上げます。
また、振替公演に都合がつかないお客様には、払い戻しの対応をさせていただきます。払い戻しの詳細は振替日程の発表の際にあわせてご案内致しますので今しばらくお待ちください。
